I adopted Madonna in the month of July 2010. She was raised in a puppy mill her entire life forced inside of a kennel. When I found her at the SPCA she was covered in urine along with her eleven family members and they had just arrived. After noticing she was the only cute POWDER PUFF of the bunch (most of this breed are hairless) and her ONE BLUE EYE & ONE BLACK EYE without a doubt I took her home. For the first week she would hide in the nearest bathroom behind the toilet to anyplace I would take her. Scared of everyone and everything even afraid to eat in front of me for the first month we were together. I had to pretend not to notice her going towards her food so she wouldn't starve. She knew nothing about the outside world and I mean nothing at all. After observing she had no social skills I decided to bring her everywhere along side of me like pool parties, shopping, friends homes, & car rides. Finally after exposing her to my world she has finally come out of her shell and has developed a personality. It takes allot of work but day by day we are building a trusting relationship with each-other. I love my sweet & adorable MADONNA CAREY!
