louie is very stuborn he has to have things his way or he will let you know with a stern scratch on the leg he is very sweet and good natured he just wants his belly rubbed and told how pretty he is when you tell him he gazes at you it melts my heart every morning he greets me with a good wagging of his tail i always say it looks like a fan you know the blades spining louie is 2 and healthy he has luxated pattels that mean his bone pops out of his knee cap very common with shih tzus
